We like a bit of publicity – in fact we are working hard at the moment to get the name “iTakeout” on the mind of every hungry person in Portsmouth. We were really chuffed therefore to get the opportunity to get some exposure in the Portsmouth News this week.
iTakeout LTD was featured in the ‘Business Jury’ section of the paper – this is the part of the business section where a new business is reviewed, critiqued and then looked at by established members of the business community for their opinion.
Overall, I think the article came off pretty well. It was a well represented article and hopefully raised the profile of the site a little. Major bumma that they didn’t choose to include our logo – instead you get a picture of me looking like an idiot (and incidentally if you get the Havant and Waterlooville edition you get a picture of Rob!).
It is always good to have other people to look at the business idea too and give their insights. I found them quite helpful and they made some good points. I was not entirely sure why they asked someone who rarely gets take-aways or use the Internet to look at our site – but there you go.
