Unfortunately we do not accept Amercian Express. This is mainly due to it’s limited use and popularity in the UK which means that our card services provider will charge us extra for supporting it.

I was looking into ordering through your service but was unable to as you do not accept american express.

You are absolutely right that there should be a Maestro option. However we are somewhat at the mercy of our payments provider (they are the company who we operate through when contacting the relevant banks) who are being a little slow on the changeover to support newer cards. Unfortunately this is not related to a particular bank – and even more unfortunate in that it is slightly beyond our control.

I can only apologise if this causes you any inconvenience. Rest assured that we do think this sucks too and we are doing all we can to support this.

if you accept some maestro cards, why isn’t there an option to select maestro. mine has no issue number and it’s from natwest which is one of the biggest banks in the country
